When using the TranspO’Matic application. We collect your GPS location each time you request nearby public transit stops (Home screen and Search screen).

No other personal data is collected.

Use of your data

The use of your GPS location is exclusively dedicated to providing you with the location of nearby public transit stops. None of these data and requests are shared or saved on your device or on our server.

Transmitting your data

Your data is transmitted via an SSL-encrypted connection between your device and our server. No data is stored at the end of your session.

Data security

We use SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission to our server. Since no data is stored on our server, there is no risk of data leakage or misuse.

What are your rights

You can disable access to your GPS position at any time in your device settings :

In the event of deletion, all application data and configurations will be deleted.
