We operate in a fairly straightforward manner:

• We conceptualise and develop the chosen solution.
• Depending on the project, we test and iterate the solutions developed and make corrections based on feedback.

It can be difficult to form an opinion based on a simple presentation or a quick visit to a website. Before starting any project, we listen to you as you explain the origins of your idea and your requirements. If you are unsure or need to take a break, we will help you find the best solution for you. And above all, since every project is unique, we adapt to your needs and offer mostly tailor-made solutions. In fact, what we do for you will not be reused in the future.

We do sometimes use AI on a regular basis to help us break a deadlock. However, the analysis and recommendations are always devised and validated by our team. As we are passionate about our respective fields (and although AI is a tool that can make our lives much easier), we have chosen to use it judiciously, for both ethical and environmental reasons.

As for no-code solutions, this isn’t our approach to mobile apps: we develop using Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter or React Native depending on your project, but we’ll never use an app generator without writing a single line of code (we love our work far too much to leave it to a machine). If what you need is a very simple app up and running quickly on a minimal budget, a no-code tool or AI will be better suited to this requirement than we are.

The choice depends on your project; there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

• For a pure native app (iOS or Android), we develop in Swift or Kotlin.
• If you want a single codebase for both platforms whilst maintaining near-native performance, we use Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• For projects where speed of development is a priority, Flutter or React Native may also be suitable.

Estimating the cost of a mobile app is not always easy, as it mainly depends on the time required for its development. This time varies according to several key criteria:

• User experience (UX): we pay particular attention to the fluidity, accessibility, and intuitiveness of your application. A well-designed UX, adapted to the constraints of touch screens and user expectations, requires careful consideration and rigorous testing.
• Design (UI): Your application should reflect your brand identity while remaining user-friendly. We create modern interfaces that are adapted to different screen sizes and store guidelines (App Store, Google Play) to ensure a consistent and engaging visual experience.
• Technical complexity: the choice of technologies (native, hybrid, cross-platform) and features (geolocation, integrated payments, push notifications, etc.) directly influences development time. We help you select the solutions best suited to your objectives and budget.

In summary: the more complex your application is (in terms of features, integrations, or customization), the longer it will take to develop and the higher the cost will be. To optimize your budget, it is essential to:

Developing a mobile application takes more or less time depending on its nature: a simple tracking application can be developed quickly, while an application with a complex database or connected to devices (such as a monitoring tool or an IoT solution) requires much more extensive development and testing.

The estimate also depends on the complexity of the features and technical integrations. The more ambitious the project, the more rigour is required to meet deadlines, especially if external validations or adjustments are required along the way.

We manage the publication of your app on the App Store and the Google Play Store, including developer accounts where necessary. Once live, a mobile app requires regular maintenance: updates relating to new versions of iOS and Android, bug fixes and enhancements. We’ll discuss this with you right from the start to determine the maintenance package that best suits your project.

1. Motivation, because you need to believe in your project and its success. If you just want an app to look good, rather than to meet a need, we may not be a good match, just as with a website or other project.
2. Time: Rome wasn’t built in a day. We spend time reflecting and creating to support our expertise and reinforce our choices.
3. Budget, because creating or redesigning a digital product is a significant long-term investment. If this investment is poorly thought out, it could reduce its long-term profitability (something we want to avoid at all costs!).
