The frequency depends on the package chosen:
- Essential and Comfort Pack: monthly updates (CMS, theme and plugins)
- Serenity Package: updates twice a month
Critical security updates are applied immediately, regardless of the plan.

In the event of a breakdown, our team will respond quickly to restore your website using our daily or weekly backups (depending on your package). You’ll benefit from priority support (in the Sérénité package) or a response as soon as possible. We’ll identify the cause and resolve the issue so that your website is up and running again, often within a few hours.
The choice of package depends on the size of your website, how often it is updated, and your requirements for minor changes:
- Essential Pack: Simple showcase websites
- Comfort Package: active showcase and content websites
- Serenity Package: critical websites (e-commerce, high traffic)

If your monthly support allowance has been used up, any additional requests may be charged at the hourly rate. To avoid this, opt for a larger package or a bespoke package. Get in touch with us to find the most cost-effective and efficient solution.
Our contracts have an initial term of 12 months. After this period, you can cancel your contract at any time, subject to one month’s notice. We’ll support you until the end of the current month to ensure a smooth transition. No hidden fees, no strings attached: your peace of mind is our priority.
All your backups are stored with our partner Infomaniak on secure, redundant servers located in Switzerland. We retain your data for 30 to 90 days (depending on the package) to ensure a quick restore. Your backups are encrypted and protected against cyber threats.

No, the maintenance package does not include hosting (unless you have opted for that option). O’Matic focuses on the technical management of your website (updates, security, backups, optimisation).
We can, however, assist you with booking accommodation through our partner, Infomaniak.
Of course! As soon as your contract is terminated, we will provide you with all your backups (subject to the retention period specified in your package) either as a file or via a secure download link. You will receive this data within 48 hours of your request.
Furthermore, if you would still like to use SwissBackup, we can also transfer your backups directly to your personal Infomaniak account at no extra cost.
Yes! Although our services are optimised for WordPress, we also offer maintenance for other CMS platforms (Strapi, Shopify, Drupal, etc.) or bespoke websites.
