RGAA compliance

The o-matic.ch website is partially compliant with the Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA) version 4.1.2, due to the non-conformities and derogations listed below.

This declaration is based on a 50-criteria accessibility audit carried out in accordance with the RGAA 4.1.2 methodology, available at
👉 https://ara.numerique.gouv.fr/rapport/r1B6-ybMcbeyWNSOs4a_d/

Audit results

The audit revealed that 99% of RGAA 4.1.2 criteria had been met. Non-compliant points mainly concern :

  • Keyboard navigation: some non-blocking functions cannot be accessed without a mouse.
  • Color contrast: some text elements do not meet the minimum contrast ratio (minimum brightness ratio of 4.5:1) for AA validation.

Derogations and disproportionate burdens

Certain non-conformities are maintained because the burden is disproportionate to the benefits for disabled people. These derogations are justified by :

  • The technical complexity of certain interactive functions (e.g. dynamic video player).
  • The lack of viable technical solutions to date for certain integrated third-party components (e.g. Lottie animation integration).
  • Text element contrast
