User journey, wireframes and prototypes, user testing, and accessibility—the field of UX/UI is huge!
In short, the role of a UX expert is to help you refine your product and its content to improve your user experience. Your customers are not you, and you are not your customers. That’s where we come in: we identify the key points that need to be put in place to ensure that everything runs smoothly and adapts to habits, emotions, and much more.
The role of a UI expert is more visual. They focus on the graphic design of your carefully planned interface, adding a graphic layer and working on animations. They ensure that the graphic charter is properly represented, adding visual elements, adjusting colors, and everything else that goes with it.

We operate in a fairly straightforward manner:
- First, we listen to you to understand your project.
- Next, we explore the range of possibilities to offer you some initial concepts.
- After this second phase, we will assist you in selecting the best solution.
- We conceptualise and develop the chosen solution.
- Depending on the project, we test and iterate the solutions developed and make corrections based on feedback.
On every project we undertake, we aim to bring our expertise in designing a tailor-made user experience to pamper your own customers. UX and UI work hand in hand because UX (user experience) influences UI (user interface). Conducting an audit or thoroughly redesigning the entire experience will help you eliminate potential misunderstandings or negative feedback, think about new features, determine the right or wrong path to take, increase your conversion rate, improve accessibility, and more. All of this will give you an informed perspective on your project.
Of course, if you are satisfied with your existing experience, we can “overlook” it and settle for a “simple” redesign.
It can be difficult to form an opinion based on a simple presentation or a quick visit to a website. Before starting any project, we listen to you as you explain the origins of your idea and your requirements. If you are unsure or need to take a break, we will help you find the best solution for you. And above all, since every project is unique, we adapt to your needs and offer mostly tailor-made solutions. In fact, what we do for you will not be reused in the future.
We sometimes use AI regularly to help us out of a deadlock. However, you can rest assured that everything that comes out of our keyboards has been more than 95% designed or coded by us. Passionate about our respective professions (and although AI is a tool that can greatly facilitate our work), we have chosen to use it judiciously for both moral and ecological reasons.
Motivation, time and a little budget.
- Motivation, because you need to believe in your project and its success. If you just want an app to look good, rather than to meet a need, we may not be a good match, just as with a website or other project.
- Time: Rome wasn’t built in a day. We spend time reflecting and creating to support our expertise and reinforce our choices.
- Budget, because creating or redesigning a digital product is a significant long-term investment. If this investment is poorly thought out, it could reduce its long-term profitability (something we want to avoid at all costs!).
