At O&#8217;Matic, we&#8217;ve chosen to talk about it openly rather than treat it as a taboo subject or, conversely, an empty marketing argument. This charter isn&#8217;t a communication exercise, it&#8217;s a reflection of what we actually do, project after project.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This matters even more given that we work on bespoke, pixel-perfect projects: a result generated without human oversight simply has no place in the way we work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"ce-que-ca-change-pour-vous\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">What this means for you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In practice, AI lets us save time on certain repetitive tasks or explore possible leads more quickly, which leaves more room for what really matters: thinking things through, design, development, our relationship with you. It never replaces our judgement, and above all, we tell you when we&#8217;ve used it. We have created this charter on the use of AI to define its framework: it helps us to break deadlocks and save time on repetitive tasks, but never to replace our creativity, expertise or responsibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have chosen to use it wisely, ethically and sparingly, for both moral and ecological reasons.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 id=\"principes-fondamentaux-de-notre-charte-sur-lutilisation-de-l-ia\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">Fundamental principles of our charter on the use of AI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 id=\"1-lhumain-au-centre\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">1. People at the centre<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-3 wp-block-paragraph\">Tout ce qui sort de chez O&#8217;Matic a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u, valid\u00e9 et optimis\u00e9 par nos soins. Reasonable usage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI is now part of our everyday working tools, just like design or project management software. It is used at various stages of our processes, always under human supervision and never to deliver a final result without being reviewed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-3 wp-block-paragraph\">Examples: generating wireframe ideas, writing micro-copies, code optimisation, researching technical solutions, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 id=\"3-transparence-et-responsabilite\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">3. Transparency and accountability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-3 wp-block-paragraph\">We take full responsibility for deliverables. If AI has been used, we keep a record of all discussions and inform our clients of its use. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 id=\"4-ethique-et-ecologie\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">4. It is strongly advised not to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list text\">\n<li>Using AI to generate final content without human proofreading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using AI to replace human work (e.g. writing a complete article, designing a complete interface).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using tools that do not comply with the GDPR or Swiss legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using AI to copy, imitate, or plagiarise existing work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use AI by providing it with confidential documents from the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 id=\"suivi-formation-et-evolution\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">Monitoring, training and development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&#8217;Matic is committed to developing AI skills and anticipating and supporting changes in practices and professions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 id=\"engagement-client\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3\">Customer commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-2 wp-block-paragraph\">We inform our clients that AI can be used to support, but never replace, our expertise.<br\/>Upon request, we provide a detailed overview of the use of AI in their project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing or verbally, we do not use AI for content creation in our projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why this charter?
